Our client is a leading FM Service Provider with a global presence. It is currently looking to hire a proven Contract Manager for a hard services contract at a University in South West London.

As the Contract Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of all the maintenance and hard services to the site, you'll manage a supervisor, team of engineers and contract support. The site has a lot of old M&E kit and steam systems, so experience of operating in this environment would be a huge advantage.

The successful Contract Manager must have a proven track record in a similar role, have a strong engineering background (ideally mechanical), P&L, strong people management skills and commercial awareness.
