Key Responsibilities of this Engineering Administrator role:
- Serve as the main point of contact for client and colleague enquiries related to jobs, quotes, and invoices, ensuring effective and timely communication.
- Support the Admin Department to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including database management and job system updates.
- Monitor and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to meet agreed deadlines and standards.
- Provide support to engineers and risk assessors, assisting with job execution and warehouse management.
- Oversee the submission of invoices for completed works and manage remedial quotations.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve internal processes and practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Requirements for this Engineering Administrator role:
- Experience working in a client-focused or administrative environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound IT knowledge, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with management systems.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A full UK driving licence is desirable.
