Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver Engaging Lessons: Plan and deliver dynamic and thought-provoking Geography lessons that inspire and challenge students, fostering a deep understanding of geographical concepts.

* Support and Assess: Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and support students in achieving their academic and personal goals.

* Resource Development: Create and implement engaging learning resources that enhance student understanding and enthusiasm for Geography.

* Classroom Management: Establish a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation, respect, and academic excellence.

* Collaborate: Work closely with colleagues to develop and refine the Geography curriculum, contributing to school-wide academic initiatives.

Qualifications:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

* A strong passion for teaching and inspiring students in Geography.

* Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

* Experience teaching Geography at the secondary school level is preferred, but not essential.

* Ability to differentiate lessons to meet the diverse needs of students.
