Job Title: Client Service Call Agent
Location: Blackfriars
- Hourly rate: £13 - £14
- Temporary contract: 3 months
- Start Date: ASAP Next week
- Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday- Friday 9am-5:30pm
Responsibilities:
- Communicating with clients via phone calls, taking the time to understand their needs and discussing services that could benefit them.
- Utilising your excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and deliver a personalised and memorable experience.
- Fully trained in the organisation's products and services, you will be able to provide accurate information to clients and address any concerns or queries they may have.
- Making warm calls to potential clients, using your confident phone manner to engage with them and promote the organisation's offerings.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, where excellent communication skills were essential.
- A confident and friendly phone manner, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Familiarity with working in a corporate environment and understanding the expectations of clients in this setting.
