We are looking for a Recruitment consultant to join our rapidly growing team in our Peterborough head office!

Your role as a Recruitment consultant within our Industrial recruitment team will include using the tools provided to fill vacancies that are brought on by you and your team. You will have the best tools in the industry to do so, as well as using your personality and professionalism to attract the right candidates. You will need to be confident on the phone, have a resilient and a 'will not give up' attitude!

You will be responsible for:

* Posting job adverts on provided CV search bases

* Building trust and maintaining relationships with the candidates

* Contacting existing clients regarding staffing requirements and pushing for more

* Reporting to Seniors/ Branch Managers throughout the day of progress and updates

* Growing the desk to reach KPI and Targets

* Candidate and client check

* Maintain and grow relationships with new and existing clients

* Finding solutions to problems and using negotiation skills

Skill / Experience

* Previous experience in a recruitment role preferred

* Positive and a 'Can do' attitude

* Excellent telephone manner

* Professional attitude in all aspects of the job role

* Excellent organisational and planning skills

* Excellent customer services skills with the ability to build, develop and maintain customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business

* Must be confident, enthusiastic and self-motivated with the ability to use own initiative and prioritise work

* Ability to work under pressure to targets and to deadlines

* Computer literate with good knowledge of Word/Excel/Outlook

* Good attention to detail/accuracy in all work

* Flexible approach to working time

As an experienced recruitment consultant, you will be able to use your existing recruitment skills and background to swiftly jump into the role and start building your candidate pool and placing candidates in to work right away.

We are ideally looking for someone with a minimum 3 years recruitment experience but will happily consider applicants who have less.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
