- Competitive salary of between £60,000 to £70,000 per annum dependent on experience

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Operational Excellence, you’ll facilitate cross-functional team in analysing processes, identifying inefficiencies and developing solutions, using Lean Six Sigma principles and tools to drive improvements.
You will also:
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement, integrate initiatives with risk management strategies and analyse data to measure the effectiveness of implemented changes.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure the smooth adoption of new processes and minimise disruption during transition.
- Redesign processes, proposing and implementing solutions that align with business goals and customer needs.
- Evaluate automation opportunities, leveraging technology solutions to streamline processes and monitoring the effectiveness of any tools.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging individuals to spot trends and improvements.
- Work collaboratively with the wider Operational Excellence and Customer and Partner experience teams.

To be successful as our Process Optimisation Manager you will already have experience in process optimisation, operations or business management, with a proven track record of successfully implementing Lean Six Sigma projects.
- You’ll be familiar with Total Quality Management process evaluation techniques.
- You’re able to work collaboratively and manage cross functional project teams.
- You have effective project management skills and experience in leading process optimisation projects.
- You can work effectively at all levels, adapting your communication style to your audience.
- You are able to analyse data and draw insights from it.
It would be ideal if you hold a Six Sigma certification.
