Aspire People are delighted to be partnering with a vibrant and welcoming primary school located in Quinton, Birmingham. Our client school, a two-form entry establishment, is seeking a dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join their enthusiastic team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to a supportive community and make a positive impact on the education of pupils.

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the national curriculum,
tailored to the needs and abilities of Year 4 students.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued
and supported in their academic and personal development.
* Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to aid their
learning journey.
* Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure effective communication and
partnership in supporting student welfare and progress.
* Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behaviour, and academic
achievements.

Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* Experience teaching Year 4 students is desirable but not essential; we welcome
applications from Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs) and Early Career Teachers (ECTs).
* Strong understanding of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies to
promote student engagement and attainment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive
relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
* Commitment to creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all
children can thrive.
