We're partnering with a leading international development organisation dedicated to driving sustainable development through innovative projects across sectors such as health, education, climate change, and economic empowerment, to recruit an International Project Accountant.
As the International Project Accountant, you will play a critical role in the financial management of international development projects, ensuring financial integrity, compliance, and effective use of funds to meet project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications & Experience:- ACCA/CIMA/ACA/CIPFA finalist or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project accounting, ideally within international development or nonprofit sectors.
- Knowledge of donor financial requirements (e.g., USAID, FCDO, UN agencies, World Bank, EU, etc.).
- Experience in preparing financial reports for multiple donors and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-cultural teams.
