We have a unique nursery in the Kingston area who are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Nursery Practitioner. Close to the train station and local public transport this purpose-built nursery was meticulously planned and designed by experienced childcare experts.

They cultivate a nurturing and comforting environment where children feel secure, cherished, and can flourish into confident and happy individuals. It is an amazing space that provides ample opportunities for children to run, play, explore, and enjoy the outdoors.

As a Nursery Practitioner you will follow the EYFS framework, and ensure that each child's individual needs are satisfied.  It's a fun environment with a friendly team with fabulous facilities at your disposal.

This is a 40 hour week which can be worked over 4 or 5 days.

Responsibilities:

Create an environment where the children can thrive and keep parents and carers updated with milestones and progress
Ensure children's safety and wellbeing, adhering to policies, and attending to first aid matters promptly
Support the children's nutritional needs, maintaining hygiene standards, and fostering independence in daily tasks
Foster a stimulating environment, tracking learning progress, and supporting social development
Build strong relationships and supporting parentsKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Hold a full and recognised childcare qualification at Level 2 or 3 and have previous experience of working in a childcare setting
The ability to work closely with colleagues, following procedures and routines
