We are seeking a skilled CNC Miller with expertise in 5-axis programming to join their dynamic team.CNC Miller Responsibilities:

• Programming and operating CNC milling machines, primarily using Heidenhain and Hypermill offline programming software.
• Setting up and operating 5-axis CNC milling machines to achieve high levels of accuracy and precision.
• Creating and optimising CNC programs for complex components.
• Ensuring adherence to quality standards and tolerances.
• Collaborating with engineers and other team members to develop and improve manufacturing processes.

CNC Miller Requirements:

• Proven experience in CNC milling, with a strong focus on 5-axis programming.
• Proficiency in Heidenhain control language and Hypermill offline programming software.
• In-depth knowledge of CNC machine tools and cutting processes.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Previous experience working within the Motorsport industry is highly preferred.
