Due to expansion, we are looking for a skilled Building Surveyor to join their dynamic team. You will work across a diverse portfolio of projects, providing essential surveying services and solutions for clients across various sectors. Key Responsibilities of the role include:

* Conduct building surveys, site inspections, and condition assessments

* Prepare technical reports, including feasibility studies, schedules of dilapidations, and defect analysis

* Assist with project management from inception to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and timelines are maintained

* Provide expert advice on building and property issues to clients, including refurbishments, renovations, and planned maintenance

* Collaborate closely with other departments to deliver integrated client solutions

The ideal applicant will possess;

* Experience in building surveying, ideally with a focus on commercial or mixed-use properties, and prior experience of working for a Consultancy.

* Working towards APC Chartership with RICS (candidates nearing completion will be highly regarded)

* Strong technical understanding of building pathology, construction techniques, and relevant regulations

* Excellent communication and client management skills

* Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively

* A degree in Building Surveying or a related field is preferred

The successful applicant can expect;
