Customer Account Manager

About the Role:Our client, a rapidly growing organisation, is seeking a proactive and organised Customer Account Manager to oversee key customer accounts and deliver exceptional service. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of individual customer accounts, managing daily activities and ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor and provide up-to-date reports on service levels and performance metrics, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely responses to customer needs.
  • Accurately manage invoicing, ensuring all relevant charges are processed in a timely manner.
  • Proactively communicate with customers, addressing any queries or concerns efficiently and professionally.
  • Attend internal and client meetings to provide insights and strengthen relationships.
  • Identify and resolve issues quickly, prioritising tasks to ensure minimal disruption to service.
  • Maintain awareness of any potential risks and escalate concerns when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or account management role is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and offer solutions.
  • Availability to work occasional weekends (up to 4-5 times per year).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business management systems.
