The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building, managing, and growing a team of recruiters. While the business primarily focuses on contract/temp engineering recruitment, they are open to candidates from any sector who can bring valuable experience and a fresh perspective to their operations.

Requirements:

* Experience: Significant previous experience in a billing manager role within the recruitment industry.

* Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.

* Sector Flexibility: Experience in any recruitment sector is welcome, though knowledge of contract/temp engineering recruitment is advantageous.

* Confidence: A confident manager who can lead by example and drive team success.

* Mobility: Must drive and have own vehicle due to the location.
