A fuel company based in North West London are looking for a switched on and organised Recruitment Administrator to join their growing team.

The client is looking for someone who can ensure the smooth running of the office and support the recruitment needs of the company. There is progression and growth within the company.

The main purpose of the Recruitment Administrator role is:

• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in all areas and departments
• Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of staff
• Source applicants through online channels
• Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
• Plan screening, interview and selection process including any assessments and interviews
• Assess all the candidates’ information throughout the recruitment journey including references
• Organise and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
• Complete documentation in terms of offer, contract and on boarding
• Help with HR admin within the business

Recruitment Administrator Specification:

• To have experience within recruitment or administration
• Ability to meet deadlines
• To be well organised
• Strong attention to detail
• To have working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
