Salary: £26000 - £28000/annum

A client of ours in the Coggeshall (Little Tey) area are recruiting a Key Account Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm and paying £26,000 - £28,000 per annum depending on experience.

Reporting to the Internal Sales Manager, your key duties include but are not limited to:

Answer incoming calls to the Sales Office
Calling existing customers, upselling and cross-selling products.
Manage our online sales through Shopify and Ebay
Progress Sales orders, answering stock enquiries, delivery queries and issue resolution
Ensuring sufficient stock available to fulfil orders.
Arranging haulage
Report handling for any shortages, unexpected delays or lead-time issues.
Ensure Customer Complaints and issues are investigated and resolved satisfactorily
Support the Regional Sales Directors in the planning and management of Key Accounts
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Key Account Administrator position:

Experience within a similar Key Account or Sales role.
CRM and Excel knowledge
Excellent communication skills.
Experience of dealing with buying groups or national accounts would be advantageous.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience within the Construction or Merchant industry desirable.
