A rapidly growing and innovative e-commerce company is looking for an ESG Officer to lead and develop their sustainability and corporate governance strategy. This newly created role offers a fantastic opportunity to shape the company's ESG policies and make a tangible impact.
 
Role and responsibilities

Developing and implementing the company's sustainability and ESG strategy.
Conducting internal factory audits for supplier compliance with ISO standards.
Monitoring and reporting on environmental sustainability performance to ensure regulatory compliance.
Managing WEEE, waste/packaging, and plastic compliance, identifying and addressing any gaps.
Analyzing ESG data to track trends and potential risks. 
 
Experience and expertise

Experience in ESG, sustainability, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for data processing.
Ability to keep up with changing ESG legislation and industry standards.
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
