Exciting Growth Opportunity

Due to our continued expansion, we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Operations Administrator who excels in building relationships, understands the production process, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

The Role

As the Operations Administrator, you will report to the Internal Sales Manager and project manage orders from initial enquiry to final completion, ensuring a seamless and outstanding customer experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and processing sales orders
  • Collaborating with the Estimating team to produce quotations, manage CAD drawing and sample requests, and raise sales orders
  • Liaising with the CAD team for customer drawings and managing the approval process
  • Coordinating with the production team to agree on timelines
  • Working with third-party shipping companies to determine costs and delivery dates
  • Ensuring timely information to key stakeholders in the order management process (customers, suppliers, production, design & sales)
  • Scheduling transportation for order deliveries

About You

  • Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to problem solve
  • 1 - 2 years’ administrative experience in ideally, within a Sales, Production, Supply Chain, or Customer Service environment
  • Highly proficient planning, organizational and time management skills
  • IT literate (Microsoft Word and Excel)
  • Strong team player, who works well on their own initiative
