Salary: £22,500 - £30,000 per annum

A dynamic manufacturer and distributor with a fantastic industry reputation is searching for a driven Sales Coordinator to join its vibrant sales team and foster close relationships with a loyal client base.

Sales Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Foster close-knit relationships with new and existing customers, building rapport and trust to further business relationships
  • Identify business growth opportunities and proactively target new customers
  • Maximise account profitability by actively upselling products to existing customers
  • Handle incoming product queries and identify customer needs to recommend the best product
  • Manage all administration related to sales which includes raising quotes and processing orders
  • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure products are delivered as agreed with customers
  • Deliver an excellent customer journey through strong communication skills and understanding of the business and its products

Sales Coordinator Skills and Experience:

  • Previous sales experience would be preferred, but this is a tailor-made role made for the person
  • Training is available, so our client would consider candidates with little sales experience who has an interest in sales and wants to progress
  • Driven and determined to succeed, goal orientated and enjoys working to targets
  • Excellent administration and organisation skills, who works on their own initiative
  • Proactive and approachable with a positive attitude and the ability to build relationships
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages and knowledge of SAGE would be an advantage
