What You'll Do:

Provide one-on-one and small group support for children with various learning needs.
Help children engage with the curriculum and develop key skills in literacy, numeracy, and beyond.
Assist the class teacher in creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
Be an encouraging presence in the classroom, helping children to build confidence, motivation, and independence.
Support children in developing social and emotional skills, promoting kindness and cooperation.

What We're Looking For:

A genuine passion for working with children and helping them reach their potential.
Patience, creativity, and a sense of fun (because learning should be exciting!).
Previous experience working with children is great, but we're also happy to train the right person with the right attitude.
The ability to work well as part of a team and communicate effectively with both staff and pupils.
A good sense of humour - after all, we're all here to have fun while learning!
