Assistant Groundworks Manager - Worthing

We are currently seeking an Assistant Groundworks Manager for an immediate start on a busy site in Worthing.

Role Details:

* Supporting the site management team on groundworks operations

* Assisting with planning, coordination, and daily site activities

* Monitoring progress and ensuring work aligns with drawings and specifications

* Liaising with trades, suppliers, and contractors

* Assisting with health & safety checks and site paperwork

Requirements:

* Previous experience in groundworks or civils

* Ability to read technical drawings

* Confident using IT systems for site reporting and documentation

* Strong organisational and communication skills

* CSCS card
