An opportunity has arisen for a Team Assistant to join an established Asset Management firm, our client is seeking a corporate, professional, personable, and collaborative candidate to join a dynamic team.

Role Overview:
We are looking for an Investor Relations Team Assistant to join our London-based team. As a core member of our Sales, Distribution, and Investor Relations team, you'll provide essential support by managing schedules, coordinating cross-functional projects, and engaging directly with clients and investors. You will play a critical role in our marketing efforts, CRM data management, and client communications, making a direct impact on our investor relations activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Coordinate schedules and prioritise meetings with clients and investors to streamline commercial activities.
  • Administrative Support: Organise and manage files, records, and legal documents to ensure efficient access and secure storage.
  • Marketing Content: Collaborate on creating and refining marketing materials tailored for a diverse investor audience.
  • CRM & Investor Portal: Assist with CRM data migration (Salesforce to Dynamics), ensure data accuracy, and monitor investor portal documents.
  • Investor Relations: Support client communication by responding to investor queries, sending invitations for quarterly calls, and managing the reporting calendar to ensure timely updates.

What We're Looking For:

Essential Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce or Dynamics, is a plus
