Bid Administrator
Basingstoke - Hybrid - 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
£26,000 + Bonus + Benefits + Career Progression
This is a fantastic opportunity for you to join a leading organisation working in the Sales / Bid Team as a Bid Administrator with the opportunity to move into a full Bid Manager position.
This would suit you if you are a:
- Sales Administrator / Sales Coordinator
- Bid Administrator
- Administrator in other areas but interested in the IT industry
- Sales Executive who would prefer a move into the Bid Team
The position
You will be responsible for managing incoming opportunities to the sales and bid team. This will involve:
- Taking all details from incoming enquiries and entering onto the CRM
- Making sure all information is correct and asking questions or requesting more information where required
- Attending meetings with Bid Managers to take notes, manage queries and log the minutes of the meeting onto CRM
We are looking for someone who is ambitious and interested in being trained and moving up in the Bid Team - up to Bid Manager and beyond.
About you
In order to be successful in your application, you should have:
- An interest in Bid / Sales Administration
- Interested in working in the IT industry
- Good administration management
- Time Management - good writing and listening skills
- Confident to attend meetings - to talk to people of all levels
- Ambitious - looking to progress your career up into Bid Management and beyond
