We are currently seeking an Operations Manager to join our team, reporting directly to the Director and based in our Loughton offices.

Key Responsibilities:

* Liaising directly with site teams, from small projects with a lead engineer to larger projects with site-based project managers.

* Managing progress against programs, drawings, and specifications.

* Ensuring sufficient labour and materials are organized to enable efficient project completion.

* Preparing weekly progress reports.

* Coordinating labour through 2-week lookahead programs.

* Ensuring site processes, such as CVI (Confirmation of Verbal Instruction), RFI (Request for Information), signing in, and daily diaries, are being completed.

Essential Requirements:

* Preferably completed a trade apprenticeship.

* Proven ability to work to the highest standards.

* Computer literate, with proficiency in Excel and Word.

* Excellent communication and leadership skills.

* Experience managing project values ranging from £20k to £3m.

* Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.

* At least 5 years of relevant work experience (preferred).
