About the Role

As an Audit Manager, you will:

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage audit engagements, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor audit team members, fostering their development and professional growth.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to cross-sell services and grow the client base.
  • Support recruitment and training efforts, helping to build a high-performing audit team.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • ACA/ACCA qualification (or equivalent) with post-qualification experience in audit.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead audit teams.
  • Strong technical knowledge and the ability to resolve complex issues.
  • A proactive, problem-solving approach and the confidence to make decisions.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A passion for leadership and professional development.
