We are seeking a skilled and motivated Temporary Construction Site Manager to oversee retail construction projects across various locations nationwide. This role involves managing site activities, coordinating contractors, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and safety standards, and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Oversight:

* Manage daily site operations for retail construction, renovation, or refurbishment projects.

* Coordinate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.

* Ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to specified quality standards.

Team Coordination:

* Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, fostering effective communication and collaboration.

* Assign tasks and responsibilities to on-site personnel, ensuring efficient workflow.

Health & Safety Compliance:

* Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.

* Conduct regular safety briefings and risk assessments to mitigate potential hazards.

Quality Control:

* Monitor construction quality and ensure adherence to project specifications and standards.

* Address and resolve on-site issues promptly to maintain project integrity.

Logistics Management:

* Oversee material deliveries, site storage, and equipment usage.

* Maintain accurate site records, including progress reports and site diaries.

Client and Stakeholder Engagement:

* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.

* Provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager in the retail construction sector.

* Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

* Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams effectively.

* Proficiency in scheduling, budgeting, and site logistics management.

* Certification in health and safety management (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS).

* Flexibility to travel and stay at various project locations nationwide.

* Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
