Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant school community in Milton Keynes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about supporting children's learning and development while working closely with teachers and staff to create a nurturing learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist teachers in the classroom with lesson preparation, delivery, and student support.
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to students, helping with both academic and social development.
* Support children with special educational needs (SEN) by adapting activities and resources to meet their individual needs.
* Monitor and track student progress, offering feedback and support as needed.
* Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
* Supervise students during breaks, lunchtimes, and on school trips.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational setting (preferred).
* A genuine passion for helping children succeed in their education.
* Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
* Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative when needed.
* Relevant qualifications or training (desirable).
