We are seeking an experienced Psychiatric Doctor (Consultant (Psych) to lead a Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) within a Community Mental Health Team.
This role involves triaging referrals from GPs and other services, directing patients to the appropriate pathway, and providing advice and guidance to GPs.

Location: LancasterRate: £150 - £155 per hourContract Type: Full-Time - 1 year with potential to extend
Key Responsibilities (Consultancy: ?? Lead the MDT in assessing and managing referrals.?? Ensure patients are appropriately referred, including to the Initial Response Service.?? Provide expert advice and guidance to GPs.
Requirements: ? Approved Clinician (AC) status - essential. ? Experience in community mental health and triage preferred.? Strong leadership and communication skills.? Own transport required.
