As a Registered Manager, you will:

* Have autonomy over your own home

* Manage and develop your team

* Handle placement requests

* Work under the leadership of the Responsible Individual to meet the needs of children and young people

* Maintain professional boundaries

* Support the holistic needs of the children

* Implement and review care plans

* Foster good relationships with team members, management, and external networks

* Ensure compliance with Quality Standards

* Lead meetings with staff, directors, and external professionals

* Report to the Responsible Individual

The ideal Registered Manager will have:

* Previous OFSTED children's home registration

* Achieved at least one GOOD OFSTED inspection outcome

* Level 5 diploma in Leadership & Management in Residential Care (or working towards it)

* Management experience in a children's residential home

* A valid driving licence (not essential but very key)
