Job Title: Homeless Officer

Job Type: Temp

Shift Work

Salary: £12 per hour

Location: Leicester

Key Responsibilities:

Manage client database
Develop support plans and risk assessments
Independently manage client support
On board new clients: Process referrals and sign-ups
Explain tenancy rights and obligations
Conduct accommodation inductions
Assist with benefit applications and rent payments
Provide first-line support for: Housing benefit inquiries/Rent arrears issues/Anti-social behaviour complaints

Essential Criteria:

Enhanced DBS clearance
Experience in housing or homelessness support
Knowledge of local support services
Full Clean Driving License (Desirable - Not Required)
