A leading player in the industry is currently looking for a Lead Electrical Engineer to join their growing team, covering a commercial contract in Birmingham.

The Role

As the Lead Electrical Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in the following:

* Responsible for overseeing engineers, operation and maintenance of all electrical and mechanical plants/services, and building services works.

* This role is 50% off the tools, you will be managing logbooks, issuing permits and RAMS and overseeing sub-contractors as well as being 50% on the tools.

* Working Monday - Friday - 42 hours per week

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in the role of Lead Electrical Engineer, you'll bring the following skills and experience to the role:

* Knowledge of Facilities Management.

* 18th edition, HVAP, NVQ Level 2/3 Electrical Installations is required.

* Experience in Supervising a team.

* Strong communication skills.

* Ability to lead, motivate and direct a team of technicians/operatives.
