**Role Requirements**

A keen interest in working in childcare and having a positive impact on childrens well being.
Comfortable working with children with different SEND including Autism.
Ability to adapt to different learning abilities.
Happy to be flexible and support the school in several areas where appropriate.
Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Contribute effectively to the overall success of the school.
