Key Responsibilities:

* Conducting Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) across the facility.

* Servicing and maintaining heating and hot water systems.

* Handling gas boiler maintenance to ensure safety and efficiency.

* Performing Portable Appliance Testing (PAT Testing) as required.
