Driver Hire Bristol is recruiting on behalf of our client, a national foodservice supplier, for a reliable and experienced Class 2 Delivery Driver to join their busy Bristol depot.
This is a physically active, customer-facing role delivering frozen, chilled, and ambient goods to food outlets across the South West - and you'll always be working as part of a 2-person crew, supported by a dedicated porter to assist with deliveries.
🔸 Early Starts | Ongoing Work | Full-Time | Temp to Perm Opportunity 🔸
The Role:Multi-drop deliveries (typically 8-15 drops/day) to takeaways, restaurants, and shops
Products include frozen, chilled, and dry goods
Early morning starts (04:00 - 06:00) with finishes typically mid-afternoon
Always working in a 2-person crew - you'll have a porter to help with unloading
Use of tail lift, pallet truck, and sack barrow
Manual handling required - a hands-on, active role
Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays during busy periods

🧰 What You'll Need:
A valid UK Class 2 (Cat C) licence
Full CPC and Digital Tachograph card
At least 1 year of Class 2 delivery experience preferred
Comfortable with manual handling
A positive, team-focused attitude and good customer service skills
No more than 6 points on your licence (no DD, DR, or IN convictions)
