We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Commercial Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in managing the commercial aspects of high-profile commercial projects while ensuring profitability, cost control, and contract compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

·Oversee the financial and contractual aspects of commercial projects
·Manage cost control, budgeting, and forecasting
·Negotiate and administer contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
·Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
·Provide strategic commercial guidance to senior management

Requirements:

·Proven experience in a Commercial Manager role
·Strong background in managing commercial projects
·Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
·Knowledge of contract law and procurement processes
·Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Location: Cambridgeshire
Salary: Up to £80K + package
