Hybrid - 1 to 2 Days Central London Office, 3 to 4 Days Home
Basic Salary Up to £33,000 dependant on experience plus benefits 28 days holiday plus Bank Holiday, 10% of salary contributed towards pension fund, Employee Assistance Programme Package.

Our client a highly established and reputable trade association who has over 1,800 member companies is looking for a Membership Data Administrator.
The Role of Membership Data Administrator
The role is responsible for providing proactive administrative support for the membership application process. You will support the Senior Engagement Manager working closely with the membership applications team to continue to develop our membership base.
You will primarily: Be the first point of contact for membership application enquiries, process membership applications in accordance with our due diligence requirements and defined processes and support the wider Business Development team with their queries and their leads for new members.
Person Specification
Proven customer service experience preferably within a trade association, standards organisation, membership organisation or customer-oriented environment
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
College courses in related field.
University degree in a relevant field (desirable).
Database systems experience mandatory (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work both independently and within a team being able to prioritise competing tasks and demands
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Outstanding attention to detail
Ability to process a high number of applications, organise numerous documents and keep track of progress
Ability to maintain a positive, courteous, and professional demeanour while conversing with
applicants is essential
Flexible team player, with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
