WHAT YOU'LL GET UP TO?

As assistant general manager you will:

Support the general manager in all aspects of the day to day running of the business - from having full PnL accountability to recruiting your team.
Lead on all things training and development.
Run a busy wet-led, multi-faceted concept.
Manage a venue that focuses heavily on pre booked revenue.
