Pertemps are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to join a leading organisation based in Basingstoke.This is a full time, temporary role for 2-3 months. This position will involve HR duties but will also include a variety of other tasks so the successful candidate must have a flexible working approach.Responsibilities for this HR Administrator role:- Updating internal systems- Checking accuracy of spread sheets and documents- Maintain and update employee records with relevant information- Chasing relevant documentation- Taking control of trackers and keeping them updated at all times- Supporting with all HR and Payroll tasks to ensure day to day duties run smoothly- Prepare and distribute HR-related documents when neededRequirements for this HR Administrator role:- Must be available immediately- Analytical working approach- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Ability to work independently- Experience working in HR or Payroll Admin is highly beneficialFurther information:- Monday - Friday- 9am until 5:30pm however this can be flexible- This role is to start immediately- £14.00 - £15.00 per hour depending on experienceIf you are interested in this HR Administrator role, please apply below or give Amy a call at Pertemps.
