After School Club Manager - Oxford

Level 3 Childcare

A local Oxford based Primary school is recruiting for a After School Club Manager role, to be involved in the childcare setting, ensuring that a safe, happy environment is provided for all children, to adhere to all policies and procedures and to manage the team. The candidate must have Level 3 childcare (Level 2 also considered).

Main Duties -After School Club Manager:

• Program Management: Plan and deliver engaging activities that meet children's developmental needs.
• Child Safety: Ensure a safe, secure, and inclusive environment for all participants.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and support staff, ensuring effective teamwork and communication.
• Parent Communication: Act as the main point of contact for parents, addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Administration: Manage attendance records, budgets, and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Safeguarding: Ensure all safeguarding and health and safety protocols are strictly followed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £83.50 - £90 (pro-rata for a full 8 hour day)

Hours: 15:15 - 17:30pm, Monday - Friday (term time only)

Start date: 3rd Februray 2025
