At Dovetail and Slate, we're partnering with an outstanding college in North London to find an experienced Carpentry Lecturer/Consultant.

No formal teaching qualifications needed-just the passion and knowledge to pass on your skills!

What You'll Be Doing:

🏫 Engage and inspire: Deliver fun, informative lessons to students.

🛠 Hands-on learning: Help students develop practical skills through real-world projects and training.

🌱 Shape future carpenters: Foster a positive, supportive learning environment where students can thrive.

💡 Industry expertise: Share your insights and techniques to keep students ahead in this dynamic trade.

What We're Looking For:

📜 Level 3/Advanced Craft qualification in Carpentry & Joinery (or equivalent).

✅ Willingness to undergo an ENHANCED DBS check-because safety comes first.

💖 A passion for teaching and a strong desire to make a real impact on students' careers.

🛠 Strong occupational competence and hands-on experience in carpentry and joinery.

📚 Willingness to pursue a teaching or assessing qualification within two years (support and training provided).
