Registered Children Home Manager

Location: Ilminster, Somerset
Salary: £46,800 - £52,000 per annum + eligible for the £10,000 per annum bonus. Earning potential of up to £62,000 per annum.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (flexibility required to suit the needs of the business)

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of the children's home, ensuring the highest standards of care and safety.
Lead and motivate a team of care professionals, providing guidance and support.
Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and all relevant legislation.
Develop and implement care plans tailored to the needs of each child.
Maintain effective communication with children, families, and external agencies.
Oversee the home's budget and resources effectively.Requirements:

Prior experience working in children's residential care.
In-depth understanding of children's home regulations.
Experience working with Ofsted.
