Our client a South Wales based Main Contractor currently seek an experienced Project Manager to work in their Roofing & Cladding division heading up a Project at Portishead Marina.

The work itself is the external refurbishment of an apartment block on the seafront.

It is essential that you hold a Black CSCS card and can provide recent work references for similar projects undertook.

Duties will include:

* Removal of old cladding and frame system cutting it back to render

* Hacking off old Render System

* New Render Installations

* New Rain Screen installations

* Managing Direct & Sub Contract Labour Hire

* Religiously following Site Installations programs

* Logistics

* Progress reporting to management tier

* Amending & Adjusting Method statements and Risk Assessments where necessary

* All other associated tasks as instructed

This is a permanent or fixed term contract position for the right candidate with a start date expected in February
