SEN Teacher (Primary)

Location: LS27 Morley

Daily Rate: £150-£180 (Experience Dependent)

We are seeking a highly motivated SEN Teacher for a primary school in the LS27 Morley area. This vacancy is ideal for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs.
Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and development.
Collaborate with teaching assistants, support staff, and other professionals to provide tailored support to each student.
Monitor and assess students' progress, providing regular feedback to parents and carers.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience working with children with special educational needs is desirable but not essential for ECTs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to teaching.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
