We are looking for a top chef with particular expertise in either Italian or Spanish cuisine for our fantastic family who has only just moved to London. The family particularly enjoy Mediterranean cuisine and require someone with experience in a similar role, working within a household. You will be responsible for procuring the best produce (either by visiting the stores yourself or via suppliers whom you trust) and putting together clean, deliciously healthy food. The family love to entertain and are looking for someone who enjoys producing top tier food for such occasions. There will also be travel expected to Europe, particularly in the Summer and perhaps in the Winter too. You will be working within a professional kitchen in the lower ground of the house and there will be a housekeeper who will help you, however you must be able to clean up after yourself and keep a tidy working environment.

Lunch usually served between 12:30-14:00

Dinner usually served between 18:00-20:00
