Responsible for managing a team of 6 Account Executives
Manage and coach the teams forecasting to have a complete, realistic view of pipeline
Provide clarify on individual roles, sector, clients and expectations
Develop the team through training, coaching and mentoring
Adopt a collaborative in your planning, decision making and problem solving to ensure a unified team approach
Follow sales methodologies internally such as ChallengerThe Candidate for the Sales Manager:

A technology or software sales is essential for the role
A professional approach to business development and a successful track record
Commercially confident and able to successful forecast a sales team's pipeline
Good understanding of prospecting tools and CRM technology as a fundamental part of the sales role
Display fantastic energy and persistence
Experience leading a successful Account Executive teamThe Package for the Sales Manager:
