NEW PARTS ADVISOR ROLE

Salary: 31k / 35k OTE + BENEFITS

My client, a busy telesales parts department are currently looking to hire a Telesales Parts Advisor / TPS Advisor / Parts Advisor on a full-time permanent basis. You will need to have previous experience working as a Telesales Parts Advisor / TPS Advisor / Parts Advisor in a main or franchised dealership or in Euro Car Parts or a TPS type environment.

Duties of the Telesales Parts Advisor / TPS Advisor / Parts Advisor :

* Responding to customer queries and complaints in an efficient and professional manner

* Escalating customer issues with senior parts advisors and management when the need arises

* Adhering to company policies and procedures when interacting with customers

* Following up on customer calls to ensure that that customers are satisfied

Hours for the Telesales Parts Advisor / TPS Advisor / Parts Advisor : Monday to Friday 8.00 - 5.30, every other Saturday 8.00 - 1.00
