My client provides a family resource service. They are looking for a team leader to join their team in Harlow.

You will be reporting into the Registered Manager.

Note: The role is 4 days on 4 days off, 12.5 hours shift (50 hours a week)

Main responsibilities of the role:

To complete placement plans and weekly reports.

Administration/emails

Ensure that families are registered with our local GP 5 days after placement

Produce staff rotas

Support staff/Manage Staff

Dealing with residents complaints

Making sure all activities for residents are sufficient

Be responsible for medication audit

Identifying support staff for families

Working with social workers

Liaise with OFSTED when necessary
