Estate Agency Branch Manager Overview:

Owing to expansion, we have a newly created role for an experienced Estate Agency Branch Manager, based in the North Shields area.

Estate Agency Branch Manager Responsibilities:

* On a day to day basis, the appointed person will arrange viewings with clients to attend property and provide valuation guidance

* Take Instruction on the property for sale including managing all required paperwork

* Develop strong relationship with clients keeping them updated on progress at all times, from initial visit to completion

* Actively market said properties according to company protocols

* Manage all required administrative and back office systems effectively

* Oversee the day to day working of the branch, and that company standards are maintained and met

* Able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, at all times enhancing the reputation of the agency

* Demonstrate strong leadership skills, ensuring a positive working environment

Basic salary will be in the region of £25-30k DoE, with a realistic OTE of c£45/48k
