Job Title: Real Estate & Projects Paralegal

Location: Birmingham

Working arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in the office and 2 from home)

Salary: £24,375 per annum

About the company: A specialist law firm specialising in areas such as banking, construction, litigation, debt recovery, and infrastructure projects.Role overview: The firm is seeking Paralegal to join its Real Estate & Projects team on a permanent basis to assist on lease extension tasks. The successful candidate will assist the Solicitors on a broad range of property transactions as well as building their own caseload.

Key responsibilities:

• Work on high volume voluntary lease extension matters
• Assist the supervising solicitor with statutory lease extensions
• Work on high volume property sales, handling both shared ownership and outright sales
• Manage a large number of deadlines relating to a variety of transactions at any one time;
• Legal research

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have previous real estate paralegal experience. Previous lease extension experience is essential.
