Are you an experienced Channel Account Manager with experience in Cyber Security SaaS? We have an exciting opportunity available to join our clients leading Cyber Security Solutions business dedicated to protecting organisations worldwide. Providing cutting-edge SaaS solutions designed to safeguard against modern cyber threats, ensuring clients stay secure in a rapidly evolving digital world. You will be responsible for nurturing existing partnerships, recruiting new partners, and driving business growth across the UK. This role reports directly to the Head of UK Channel.

Key Responsibilities

Attract & Recruit New Partners: Identify and recruit new partners to grow the business and expand our market reach.
Nurture Existing Partner Relationships: Strengthen and grow relationships with existing partners to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute targeted sales strategies that maximize business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with both new and existing clients to foster long-term sales success.
Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor sales data, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize performance.
Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the Marketing team to execute localized marketing campaigns that support business goals.
Direct Sales Efforts: Engage in direct prospecting to identify new regional accounts and expand our customer base.
Up-sell & Cross-sell: Leverage existing partner relationships to upsell and cross-sell products, expanding the portfolio and maximizing opportunities.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in sales or a related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong knowledge of the UK market, including familiarity with local partners and customers.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
Proficient in sales techniques and strategies, with a focus on achieving results.
Passion for sales, a positive mindset, and a desire to grow professionally.
Experience or knowledge of the cyber security industry is a plus but not essential.
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is helpful to get started quickly.
Strong emotional intelligence with an ability to connect with clients and meet their needs effectively, driving customer satisfaction and sales results.
