Reed Banking are delighted to be assisting a growing specialist lender in their requirements for an experienced Property focussed assistant relationship manager to assist a busy relationship management team. 

What the position entails :

• Providing continuous support to the Relationship Management Team - Property.  
• Prepare credit applications as requested.
• Accompany RM's on site visits
• Preparation of facility letters.
• Account Opening , KYC checks
• Instructing valuers, monitoring surveyors and solicitors letters as requested. 

Experience required:

• At least 2 years experience working in a bank / specialist lender, supporting property finance transactions. 
• Organised , methodical nature a proven ability to prioritise a demanding workload. 
• Excellent levels of customer service/ client services experience.
